RELEASE ASSURANCE FOR AI-SPEED TEAMS

Control every software release, from requirement to production.

Ciqora connects project priorities, code, automated QA and UAT feedback in one command center to predict delays, verify releases and tell teams what to fix next.

AI made code move faster. Everything after code is still waiting.

01

UAT feedback arrives without enough context.

02

Tickets lose the reason behind the requirement.

03

Leaders chase updates instead of seeing release truth.

Feedback that arrives ready to act on.

Testers and clients report directly inside your UAT environment. Ciqora quietly packages the session, technical evidence and business context into one useful signal.

One signal.
One accountable path.

From the moment an issue is reported until the fix is proven.

01

Capture the truth

Stakeholders report issues inside your UAT environment. Ciqora records what happened, where it happened and the technical evidence your team needs.

02

Orchestrate the response

Every signal is deduplicated, prioritised, linked to the right story and routed to the right owner without adding another backlog to manage.

03

Verify the fix

CiqoraQA reproduces the issue, validates the change and runs targeted regression checks before a release decision is made.

04

Release with evidence

Leaders see blockers, missing approvals, SLA risk and a live readiness signal instead of chasing status across tickets and chat.

Delivery evidence is sensitive.
We are designing for that reality.

Security is being treated as a launch requirement for Ciqora, not a badge added later. These controls describe the architecture we are building toward for early access.

PII and secret redaction

Sensitive fields, tokens and personal data are designed to be filtered before evidence is sent for AI processing.

Encrypted data handling

The launch architecture requires TLS in transit and encryption at rest for stored evidence and project data.

Least-privilege connections

Each integration is intended to request only the permissions needed for the workflow it performs.

Role-based visibility

Teams will control who can view recordings, technical logs, tickets, approvals and release evidence.

Audit and approval history

Every automated action, ownership change and human approval is planned to leave a reviewable trail.

Environment boundaries

QA, UAT and production contexts are designed to stay separate, with explicit controls over capture and retention.

Ciqora is currently in development. These are planned product requirements, not claims of certification or completed compliance.

Know what changed.
Know what is blocked.
Know when to ship.

Ciqora does not replace Jira, GitHub or your people. It gives them shared delivery context and closes the gaps between each handoff.

What we are learning while building the delivery control layer.

AI · QA · RELEASE MANAGEMENT

AI made coding faster. Software delivery did not catch up.

Why Ciqora exists, what we are building first, how it differs from adjacent tools and why the timing matters.

Help shape the release control layer for AI-built software.

We are inviting engineering, QA and delivery teams who feel the gap between faster code generation and reliable releases.
